2025 to 2026 program admission dates and costs

ARC’s hybrid program occurs from mid-September through May. Online classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In-person classes are held in Hartford two to three Saturdays per month from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Note that Saturday classes vary according to the program year’s calendar and its holidays, class breaks, etc. Therefore, the program doesn’t always take place biweekly on Saturdays. We’ll provide the calendar once you’re accepted. Attendance in all classes is mandatory. ARC candidates must also complete a full-time practicum during the program year. The practicum is 40-consecutive school days; it begins in late winter. ARC will determine and provide exact dates upon program acceptance.

ARC tuition is $7,000 for the school year. Send written requests for withdrawals and tuition refunds to the ARC Office. If you leave the program early, you may be eligible for a tuition refund. The tuition refund amount is based on the tuition balance paid after the $2,000 non-refundable deposit and when you leave the program.

Please note that ARC can’t refund the following:

  • Application fee
  • Tuition deposit: (applied to total tuition balance)

See the deadlines and refund amounts below.

Here are the tuition balance refund amounts and corresponding request dates. Calendar weeks run Sunday through Saturday.

  • Before first program day: 100%
  • First day through first week of class: 60%
  • Within second and third week of class: 40%
  • Fourth week of class and after: No refunds once the fourth week has begun
Every year, requirements, tuition, and certification offerings are subject to change. Therefore, ARC can’t defer your admission. Previous applicants who can’t accept their place must re-apply. Please ensure that ARC has an updated online application, resume, current references, and additional recent application documents. ARC keeps your submitted test scores and official transcripts for two application years.
